Alka is a seasoned wellness practitioner residing in Bali for over 8 years. She curates biannual Nurture and Nourishment Yoga Retreats, workshops, and talks both locally and internationally. With extensive certifications including 500hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Pregnancy Yoga, alongside qualifications as a Life Coach, Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach, Buddhist Psychologist, and Reiki Master, Alka is a multifaceted guide in holistic health and well-being. Her journey encompasses training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Health Science Academy, Lion’s Roar Academy, and IAP Career College, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning. As a certified yoga teacher in Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, Pregnancy, and meditation, Alka's mission is to empower women to transcend limiting beliefs and habits, realizing their dream lives while immersed in the beauty of Bali.
