While some platforms offer free listings, they typically only provide a limited static presence, usually just basic bullet points of details and a few static photos. These free listings lack the dynamic, personalized touch needed to truly showcase the unique experience you’ve worked hard to create.
At Find Retreats, we take a different approach. Instead of a basic listing, we custom-build a beautiful, highly engaging landing page for your retreat. This page is designed with conversion in mind, featuring interactive elements, compelling visuals, and tailored content that highlights the essence of your retreat.
In other words, you’re not just getting a space on a platform. You’re getting a strategic marketing tool that brings your retreat to life while making a personal connection with people that truly wish to support your work. Plus, your retreat is made available for promotion through our network of affiliates, extending your reach and helping to drive more interest.
What drives traffic to my sales page on Find Retreats?
The most effective way to generate high-quality traffic to your custom sales page is through our targeted social media ad campaigns. With the Do More package, your retreat will be promoted through ads designed to attract between 500-1,500 high-quality link clicks. These are users who have already seen key information about your retreat, such as pricing, dates, and details, and have chosen to Learn More.
In addition to ads, our affiliates also have the opportunity to help drive traffic by creating tailored promotions for your retreat, utilizing their own networks to attract interested participants. This combined effort ensures that the traffic landing on your sales page is both engaged and informed, maximizing the potential for bookings.
How much commission do I pay?
For leaders on our Getting Started package, we charge a flat 15% commission based on the price of your least expensive room only, no matter which room your guests select. Unlike other platforms that charge commission on each room type, packages, add-ons, and private sessions, we keep it simple and capped. Our goal is to keep your retreat as profitable as possible, without excessive commissions or hidden fees.
If you’re enrolled in our Do More or Master packages, the commission is reduced to 10%, based on the least expensive room option.
However, if you generate the lead and promote your custom retreat page directly to your audience, you’ll receive 75% of the deposit for those bookings. This means you keep a majority of the deposit, and Find Retreats takes only 2.5% - 3.5% of the total price, making it even more rewarding to promote your retreat through your own network.

Your dedicated sales page serves as a centralized hub for retreat seekers to learn about you and your retreat, view available accommodations, schedule a Discovery call, ask questions, and make bookings. It's designed to drive conversions and streamline the booking process for interested individuals.
Provided that your upcoming retreat is more than 120 days out from the time of application, you can receive a stunning, custom sales page for just $19. Our beautifully designed pages highlight your retreat’s unique qualities and make it easy for potential participants to connect with your offering. From there we operate on a commission-based model of 10-15%, which is charged only when a successful booking is made through our platform, taken from the participant’s deposit.
We implement targeted marketing strategies to ensure your retreats are promoted to individuals who are actively seeking wellness experiences. Through our affiliate network, social media channels, and email campaigns, we connect with relevant audiences interested in retreats like yours.
We’re all about building community and making connections. Many of our leaders are referred to us or are friends we have worked with directly in the past. We prefer to represent retreats that are at least 120 days out, giving us ample time to implement our marketing strategies effectively. But don’t worry if your retreat is less than 120 days away, we offer 'Final Stretch' marketing solutions to help fill those last spots. Once we receive an application, we schedule a call to connect personally, share our stories, and ensure it’s a good fit.
Absolutely! If your retreat is less than 120 days away, we offer a premium package that includes a quick turnaround on your custom sales page (usually within 5-10 business days). This page will be showcased and boosted with priority on our social media network and featured at the top of our retreat directory page. Additionally, your retreat will be included in our newsletter as a ‘New Featured Retreat’, you'll receive enhanced social media campaigns with boosted posts and sponsored ads, and you’ll have access to a dedicated account manager for personalized support. We'll offer discounted rates for your future retreat listings and special incentives for participants who refer others to your retreat.
Pricing: $99 one-time setup fee plus the original commission of 15% for any bookings originating from our marketing efforts and audiences.
No problem at all! The sales page we build includes everything your audience needs and can easily serve as the primary website for your retreat. Even if you don’t have a website yet, you can use our beautifully designed landing page to promote your retreat.
If you choose to share the page with your own audience, we can track those bookings and give you 75% of the deposit for every participant who signs up through your efforts. This effectively means we keep just 3.75% of the total deposit, as we collect a 15% deposit overall.
This is a great option for leaders who either don’t have a website or prefer the look and functionality of the page we’ve created for you. It’s another way we work together to make sure your retreat is a success!
